Transcription source to fetch. When omitted, uses the preferred source based on availability: CUSTOMER_AGENT_REALTIME > SIMULATION_AGENT_REALTIME > ROARK_POST_CALL. One of ROARK_POST_CALL, SIMULATION_AGENT_REALTIME, CUSTOMER_AGENT_REALTIME
