# roark metric policy get

> Get metric policy by ID

Returns a specific metric policy with its conditions and metrics.

```bash Synopsis theme={"theme":{"light":"everforest-light","dark":"everforest-dark"}}
roark metric policy get <policy-id> [options]
```

> Calls `GET /v1/metric/policies/{policyId}`

## Arguments

**policy-id** `string` *required*

The ID of the metric policy to retrieve.

## Example

```bash theme={"theme":{"light":"everforest-light","dark":"everforest-dark"}}
roark metric policy get <policy-id>
```
