# roark agent draft create

> Start a draft

Opens the agent's one shared draft, a copy of the live version or of an older published version. Fails with 409 when a draft is already open.

```bash Synopsis theme={"theme":{"light":"everforest-light","dark":"everforest-dark"}}
roark agent draft create <agent-id> [options]
```

> Calls `POST /v1/agent/{agentId}/draft`

## Arguments

**agent-id** `string` *required*

The agent-id.

## Options

**--from-version-id** `string`

Start from this published version instead of the live one.

## Example

```bash theme={"theme":{"light":"everforest-light","dark":"everforest-dark"}}
roark agent draft create <agent-id>
```
